The
Savory Hot Sauce Co. was founded by Jason
and Tamy Wolk of Mariposa, CA. It began
as a search for a flavorful hot sauce. What
they found was that most of the hot sauces
on the market were either too hot to enjoy,
or had some flavor but no heat. They set
out to change that. Armed with Jason’s
culinary talent and Tamy’s fussy palate,
they headed to the kitchen. After a lot
of hard work and dedication they came up
with HABANERO PUNCH. This sauce was like
no other. They were able to harness the
true flavor of the habanero while taming
